2. Does
the image on your site accurately represent what
I will be sent? |
We strive for
a high degree of image accuracy. The images have
been modified in order to reduce distortion for each media
size. However, in some cases,
the visual representation may be approximate. Occasionally,
minor modifications occur between printing runs. If
you are not satisfied with the product you receive,
you may return it within thirty (30) days for a refund.

3. How
accurate are the item dimensions listed on your web
pages? |
ArtFullyRedone.com
will produce your image on the media size you request,
however the visual image will be produced to the highest
quality possible for the media size selected. The final
image will be slightly smaller than the media size. On a
Panorama of 13 x19 for instance the image size may in fact
be 17x7 but due to
industry standards sizes can vary slightly. If you
are not satisfied with the product you receive, you
may return it within thirty (30) days for a refund.

4. Do
you supply what is needed to hang my print? |
No.
ArtFullyRedone does not offer
framing at this time. However we expect to offer framing in
early 2006!

5. How
should I clean my framed item if acrylic glazing
was used? |
Many glass cleaners
cannot be used to clean acrylic. Instead, wash carefully
with a solution of mild soap or detergent and lukewarm
water. Use a soft, damp cloth, applying only light
pressure. Rinse with clean water and dry by blotting
with a damp cloth or chamois. Take care to prevent
any cleaning solution from seeping between the glazing
and the frame, which could damage the matting or the
print.

you have any retail locations? |
No. We do not
operate any retail locations. All of our services are
provided through our web site and our central order

7. Do
you offer a printed catalog? |
No. We do not
offer a printed catalog. Due to the frequency with
which we add new items, or existing items may become
unavailable to us, we are not able to maintain a current
catalog.

8. How
can be notified when you add more items to the site
related to a particular poster? |
It's easy. Below
each item you view on our web site, you can sign up
to be notified when new products are added to our site.
Once you sign up, you can then modify your choices
at any time by simply signing into your account.

9. What
if I cannot read the caption on one of your items? |
We provide enlargements
of the captions below each image for the majority of
the items on our web site. If you come across a product
that doesn’t have its caption already listed,
feel free to email us at
support@artfullyredone.com with the item number,
and we will be happy to assist you.

10. How
can I tell if an item is in stock? |
On each product
page and on your shopping cart, there is a phrase that
indicates product availability. If a poster, print
or photo is in stock, this will state "Usually ships
in 24 hours." If you frame the item the phrase will
state "Usually ships in 5 days" pertaining to in-stock
items. If we are in the process of restocking an item
or it is a special order item, the phrase will state "Usually
ships in 7-14 days." Once in stock the unframed prints
will usually ship within 24 hours and the framed items
usually ship within 3-5 business days, to allow time
for framing.
